If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue a refund the same day. If you paid by PayPal we will use that to issue a refund. If you paid by Direct Bank Transfer, please let us know your bank details to issue a refund.
If you request an exchange, the cost of the initially purchased item will be deducted from the cost of the item you decide to get. In case the new item’s price is lower, we will refund you the difference.
Please note that in any case other than receiving a damaged item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. In addition, the shipping costs are not refundable.
We inspect the items before shipping, but in the rare case that you receive a broken one, we can send you a replacement free of charge (including shipping costs). Also, you can request a full refund instead of a replacement.
As many of our products are handmade and hand-painted, they aren’t all 100% like the images and tiny imperfections are normal. To avoid confusion, please send us a photo of the broken item as soon as possible.
