If you are looking for a historic ship model, you can't get any better than our HMS Victory wooden model. Above all our ship is licensed by the National Museum of the Royal Navy.

Sir Thomas Slade designed it and it has been launched as a first-rate ship of the line on 7 of May 1765. In addition, Victory is most famous for being the flagship of England’s greatest fighting admiral Horatio Nelson.

HMS Victory was the greatest Georgian warship displacing 3,500 tons. Moreover, the full ship's complement was 850 officers and men and she carried 105 major guns. She fought in three major sea battles, one of them the Trafalgar on 21st of October 1805.

Her captain at the time was Thomas Hardy, who together with Admiral Nelson, led the English Fleet with HMS Victory against the combined might of the French and Spanish Navies. As a result, the English fleet destroyed both and ensured control of the seas for the English for many years. The battle took place on 21 October 1805.

She now rests restored in Portsmouth in dry dock. HMS Victory is the oldest commissioned warship in the world and today she serves as flagship to the First Sea Lord.

This model is recreated in perfect detail. It is handmade and made of wood. The large model has brass cannons too.
